Super Junior's Kangin charged with $8,000 for DUI and hit and run!

Super Junior's Kangin was slapped with a $8,000 fine for his DUI and hit and run incident in 2009.
He ran into a parked taxi which had 3 passengers in it and he fled the scene. BUT he then turned himself in 6 hours later. Benda baik pasal this is that he mengaku! ;)
Because of this incident he was cut of all of performance for last year and was said to perform again this year. we sure hope so!~
