Hankung was reported to have filed a lawsuit against SM entertainment (management mereka). he was said to have done this after a long argue about the contract.
reasons why he filed it
1) when the contract was first done, he was 17 so SM entertainment wrote it in their way and he had insufficient knowledge about the korean music industry. and he had no choice but to accept the contract.
2) the length of the contract pulak is 13 years which wil end when he's 34 years old. and if hankyung takes a break for personal reasons the contract will extend. this clearly membebankan dia. duhh~
3) if he were to leave SM entertainment or breach their contract he will have topay a HEAVYpunishment. and when i meanHEAVYit's realEXPENSIVE $$
4) SM entertainmentwill make the desicions and hankyung HASto follow them without any excuse.
5) there were punishments if u disobey the rules etc; datang lambat, disobedient and if he we're to do these things he will have to pay. he had no right what so ever to speak up. this caused him to loose his confidence.
and due to this, hankyung did not get any rest for about 2 years due to his busy schedule. and this caused him to suffer from gastritis, kidneyproblems,exhaustion and back pain. he selalu ask for medical breaks but was turned downed several times. :((
6) was not given the rightful amount ofmoney $$they earned.
